✅ Eligibility for Return:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The product should be in resellable condition.
  

🔄 Exchange:

• damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos and order number.
  

🚚 Return Process:

1. Email us at support@recyclablewoodworks.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
   

💳 Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.
  
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
